This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled by Baraka Haus.
1. RETURN PERIOD
If you are a UK consumer, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exceptions below.
After notifying us of your return request, you have another 10 days to send the item back.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Sealed
- In its original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Returned with proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind if the product has been:
- Opened
- Unsealed
- Used
- Damaged after delivery
- Tampered with
- Partially consumed
- Removed from its original packaging
This applies to sealed ingestible products, including Shilajit, capsules, powders, liquid supplements, pouches and similar wellness products.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
4. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@barakahaus.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Do not consume a product if you believe it is damaged, contaminated, expired or unsafe.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, email us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect
We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, we will provide instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
7. REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been sent back.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
8. PARTIAL REFUNDS
We may issue a partial refund or refuse a refund if:
- The item is returned damaged
- The item is missing parts
- The product seal is broken
- The item shows signs of use
- The product is not returned in resaleable condition
- The return is received outside the return period
9. EXCHANGES
We may offer exchanges for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
10. SALE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONAL ORDERS
Sale items and discounted items may be returned if they meet our return eligibility conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
11. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, we may issue store credit to the gift recipient where appropriate.
If the gift giver placed the order, refunds may be issued to the original payment method.
12. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the delivery address was incorrect, we may deduct shipping costs, return fees or handling charges from any refund where permitted by law.
