This Shipping and Cancellation Policy explains how Baraka Haus processes, ships and manages order cancellations.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 4 to 7 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches, sales or seasonal campaigns, processing times may be longer.

2. UK SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

UK Standard Shipping: 4 to 7 Working Days
UK Express Shipping: 3 to 5 Working Days
Free UK Shipping: Available on all orders. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, address accuracy, weather, peak season delays or circumstances outside our control.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs clearance and local courier services.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, local taxes or additional charges applied by their country.

Before ordering, international customers should check whether the product can be legally imported into their country.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS 

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@barakahaus.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, your building reception, safe place locations and your local delivery office before contacting us.

6. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at info@barakahaus.com with your order number.

We may ask you to allow additional time for courier investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.

7. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • A description of the issue

Do not use or consume any product that appears damaged, contaminated or unsafe.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@barakahaus.com.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our return process.

9. UK CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you are a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

You do not need to give a reason for cancellation.

10. EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION RIGHTS

For health, hygiene and product safety reasons, sealed food supplements and wellness products cannot be returned for change of mind once opened, unsealed, used, damaged or tampered with, unless the product is faulty.

This includes products such as:

  • Shilajit resin
  • Liquid supplements
  • Capsules
  • Powders
  • Pouches
  • Any sealed ingestible wellness product

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed and in resaleable condition.

11. HOW TO CANCEL ORDER

To request cancellation, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Product name
  • Reason for contacting us

12. RETURN SHIPPING AFTER CANCELLATION

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

13. REFUND TIMING AFTER CANCELLATION

Once we receive your returned item, or you provide proof that you have sent it back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
